Hello CSCC Retreat Participants,
We are so excited to be together with you for our second All-Church Retreat! It looks like the weather should be nice, so we will be outside enjoying the campsite as much as possible. Directions to Eagle Camp.
Time to arrive on Saturday: between 12:30 and 1:15. Signs will direct you to where you will register. When you register, you’ll be given your housing assignment, a nametag and a journal.
Parking is on the left side of the road across from the Wigwam building. If needed, you will be able to drive up to your cabin or tent to unload and then bring your car back to the parking lot.
What to bring: a personal item that represents your story of or journey to who you are, sleeping bag or linens and blanket for twin bed, pillow, toiletries for overnight, Bible, flashlight, sunscreen, bug repellent, water bottle, towel, warm clothes for evening, folding chair (optional)
Group activities begin at 1:30 on Saturday. There will be time before dinner for some free time to play some organized games or take a walk by the lake. After dinner, there will be s’mores and singing by the campfire, and the youth will lead those who are interested in a game of Capture the Flag after dark. Worship will begin at 10:00 on Sunday.
Meals: All food is provided. Dinner is at 6:00 and Breakfast is at 8:00 (coffee will be available earlier). Folks will be assigned to help with dinner or breakfast prep, or dinner or breakfast cleanup.
